Dominic and his family visited GKTW in April after four years of therapy for neuroblastoma, which included surgery to remove tumors from his heart wall, lungs, and spine, as well as rigorous chemo. “He is quite the little superhero, and his big brother, Vinny, has remained by his side through it all,” Melanie says. “Our trip was remarkable & we are so grateful to the staff, volunteers & donors for making it possible.”
